• Once submitted, you will receive a call or email to schedule a face-to-face interview.

Step 2: Prepare for Your Interview

Make a great impression by following these interview tips:

✅ Highlight Your Strengths: Even if you don't have direct experience, your skills matter. Think about what you excel at and how it can benefit our clients.

Step 3: Background Checks

For the safety of our clients and staff, we conduct the following background checks for all new hires:

• Criminal Background Check
• Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprinting (as applicable)
• Magistrate Docket Checks
• Motor Vehicle Check
• Drug Testing (as applicable)

Step 4: Orientation Preparation

To complete your orientation, please bring copies of the following documents:

• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Proof of 2-year PA residency
• Any recent background checks
• Evidence of training, certification, or continuing education
• Car Registration
• Car Insurance
• Most recent PPD/Tuberculosis screening
• Most recent physical examination
